Letting go

I’ve recently learned or heard a valuable thing. Life is too short to hold a grudge. Yes, I have heard it a lot before but never really believed it. I guess I had to let go of something before I believed in it. Not only is life too short, more than likely the person you are pissed at doesn’t deserve the energy or your thoughts about the situation. So, I’ve let go and adopted another philosophy also: Love your enemies. It pisses them off. *evilgrin*

I do stand by everything that I have said in the past on this blog and by the pages that I’ve created. They are accounts of what I have been through and they will not be taken down. They are like battle scars to me and I display them proudly. Am I ready to kiss and make up with anyone? Not at all. You stay out of my way and I will stay out of yours. I like my life without you in it. I have the friends that I need. Good friends that I can rely on and that don’t talk behind my back. Even if they do, it’s not with malice or because they think that I am a moron. I love my friends and I know who they are. I also know who my enemies are and it’s good to keep track of everyone.
